Non-Jewelry Returns/Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges for non-jewelry items are allowed on an item-by-item basis. If the item is defective, we are happy to assist in your return/exchange. - Store Credit Option: For unworn, non-custom items, we offer store credit for returns initiated within 7 days of receipt.
