Figuring out your wrist size is easy with a couple tools.
Here's what you need:
-Strip of paper
-Ruler
1. Get a strip of paper
Get a strip of paper and place it on a surface. 
2. Bend paper
Hold the short side on your wrist while grabbing the long side and bend it where it meets.
3. Measure
Measure your exact wrist size and add what is suggested on the product page.
